INSPIRATIONAL NUGGETS was developed with a view to improve and maintain the mental well-being of individuals...
Britain is one of the greatest countries in the world today, but ranked 15th among the world's happiest countries (as of March 2020). One would expect those who have the best jobs, best health-care, and the best things in life, to be the happiest of people, but that is not always the case!
The crux of the issues surrounding dissatisfaction revolves around a person’s state of mind more than anything else.
Research has discovered we have between 50,000-70,000 thoughts per day, this means between 35 and 48 thoughts per minute individually, but it is the dominant and repetitive thoughts that often shape our moods and influence the choices we make.
Whatever dominates the mind will invariably control the body.
Sadly, it is difficult to find inspirational material in the public arena on a daily basis but we are constantly being bombarded with negative information - for instance, bad news often makes the headlines, in fact, news is often predominantly Bad - and this can be a mood-buster.
I once had a lovely colleague who left our previous employment one day, as normal, but the next thing I heard of him was that he had committed suicide... This incident has stayed with me ever since. The rate of suicide is on the increase, far too many are fighting battles alone, in their minds, on a daily basis.
Thoughts become things!
At Level-X Concepts we design thoughts. We develop and utilise motivational concepts in various forms, such as quotes, jokes, excerpts, questions and answers. We also create dialogue with the aim to inspire, guide, protect, influence, redirect, motivate, elevate moods and increase positive vibes, to the significant personal and benefits of the society. Additionally, we deal with mental health issues from the roots in the form of petitions and the development of mental health tools.
True reformation starts from within, by that we mean the mind.
Change your thought-process, change your life!
The first place we lose the battle is in our own thinking. If you think it's permanent then it's permanent. If you think you've reached your limits then you have. If you think you'll never get well then you won't. You have to change your thinking. You need to see everything that's holding you back, every obstacle, every limitation, as only temporary.
Some of the changes you can expect to see as follows:
