We have to accept that some parents present a risk to their children.
However, most broken parents can be fixed, but our professionals often do little or nothing to help these ‘broken parents’, while it seems we have ample apparatus in place to punish and isolate them.
An explosion in anti-social behaviour, gang crime, and young offending with 1 in 4 teenagers now having a criminal record has also mirrored the epidemic of fatherlessness.
Many of the children whose interests the Professionals claim to protect will end up back in court as juvenile offenders a few years later.
